Marketplace agreement
Your acquisition and use of a Sallux app is governed by the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms and the Marketplace’s standard end-user terms, together with these supplemental terms where applicable. If these terms conflict with mandatory Marketplace terms, the mandatory Marketplace terms control.
Authorized use
You may use the app within the licensed Atlassian Cloud site and subscription tier. You may not circumvent licensing controls, interfere with the app or Atlassian services, use the app unlawfully, or attempt to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your Atlassian configuration, permissions, content, policies, and decisions made using app results. Gatehouse readiness results and Page Steward classifications are workflow aids, not guarantees that work, documentation, security, or compliance requirements are complete.
Availability and changes
We may update the apps to maintain compatibility, security, and functionality. App availability depends in part on Atlassian Cloud, Forge, and Marketplace services outside Sallux’s control. Material customer-facing changes will be documented in release notes.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy describes app data handling. Our Support Policy describes supported channels and response targets. Neither policy expands a warranty or service level beyond what the applicable Marketplace agreement requires.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the apps are provided without warranties not expressly required by the applicable Marketplace agreement. Sallux is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from app results. Any liability limitation is subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
